Notes and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

a) Cancellations made up to 14 days before the start of the services will incur no cancellation fee.

b) Cancellations made between 14 and 10 days before the start of the services will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total contracted amount.

c) Cancellations made between 10 and 7 days before the start of the services will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total contracted amount.

d) Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the services will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total contracted amount.

e) Failure to appear on the day the services commence ("no-show") or cancellation one day before departure, especially for excursions in Istanbul, will result in a charge of 100% of the total contracted amount, in addition to any extra costs or charges that may arise.

f) Any services not used or voluntarily cancelled by clients during their itinerary will not be refunded.

g) For domestic flights within Turkey, all cancellations made up to 30 days before the start of the service will be subject to an administrative fee of 100 Euros per ticket.

Reservations and Payments

A deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount per person (unless otherwise stated) must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.

This deposit forms part of the final payment, which must be received no later than 45 days prior to departure (unless otherwise stated). If full payment is not received by the due date, Capacity Travel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply the applicable cancellation charges.

For reservations made within 45 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Additional deposit requirements for airline tickets or special services will be advised at the time of booking.

Payment Methods

A) Credit Cards

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa

• Mastercard

• PayPal

B) Credit Card Service Fee

Capacity Travel does not charge any additional service fee for payments made by credit card.

C) Full Payment

The full amount must be paid according to the conditions specified in the booking confirmation.

Taxes

Tour prices include applicable government and local taxes unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Capacity Travel within 3 weeks after the completion of the trip.

Refund processing may take between 6 and 8 weeks, and all relevant documentation and proof of unused services must be provided.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including:

• Trip cancellation;

• Medical expenses;

• Lost or delayed baggage;

• Trip interruption;

• Personal or family emergencies.

Airline Cancellation Fees

Once an airline ticket has been issued, cancellation penalties of up to 80% of the ticket value may be imposed by the airline, according to its fare rules and policies.

Unused Services

No refunds will be granted for services voluntarily not used by passengers during the trip.

Passports and Visas

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to possess:

• A valid passport;

• All required visas and entry permits for the countries visited.

Passengers are advised to ensure that their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the completion of their trip.

Capacity Travel cannot be held responsible for denied entry into any country due to insufficient or incorrect travel documentation.

Complaints

If any issue arises during the trip, it should be reported immediately to the local representative so that an appropriate solution can be sought.

Any further complaints must be submitted in writing to Capacity Travel within 30 days of returning from the trip. Complaints received after this period may not be considered.

Baggage Allowance

Each passenger is entitled to carry:

• One checked suitcase with a maximum weight of 20 kg (44 lbs);

• Maximum combined dimensions (length + width + height) of 160 cm (63 inches);

• One carry-on bag per person, subject to airline regulations.

Valuable personal items such as cameras, laptops, documents, and electronic devices should be carried in hand luggage.

Baggage exceeding the permitted limits may be refused or subject to additional charges by the airline.

All baggage is carried at the owner's risk.

Exclusions

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the following are not included:

• Passports and visas;

• Meals not specified in the itinerary;

• Laundry and personal services;

• Personal expenses;

• Transportation between the passenger’s residence and airports;

• Tips for drivers, guides, and support staff;

• Any services not specified in the booking confirmation.
