CANCELLATIONS

a - Up to 14 days in advance, there is no charge.

b - From 14 to 10 days in advance, 30% of the total contracted value.

c - From 10 to 7 days in advance, 50% of the total contracted value.

d - With less than 7 days in advance, the full contracted value.

e - No-shows on the start date or cancellations made one day before (especially for Istanbul excursions) will incur 100% cancellation fees. Any additional costs or charges that may arise will also be charged.

f - All services not taken or voluntarily canceled by clients during the itinerary will not be refunded.

g - Regarding domestic flights, all cancellations made 30 days before the start of the service will be charged 100 Euros per ticket.
